T31T the hunt for #322

Since yesterday T31T from Central Kiribati is on the air and rocking the bands!

Central Kiribati is the most wanted country number 16 on the September 2016 Clublog list. I used the top 30 list to check out the countries that I have confirmed here, but as you can see there are quite some difficoult pices missing!
